800 meters far from the historic centre, Alberi del Paradiso dominates the Gulf of Cefalù in a panoramic position. In a vast park together with three ancient water mills, the Hotel is ideal for lovers of wellness and nature.

Sicilian hospitality and elegant design are to be found in every area of the Hotel. They are all bright, intimate and with exclusive details. They were styled with meticulous care by S. & A.M. Associated Architects.

The first water mills were built in the XVIII century on the edge of a stream overlooking the gulf of Cefalù, among lush orange, olive and carob trees. In this charming and evocative natural setting, in 1967 Mr. Schubert decided to realize the first touristic settlement: the historic Club Paradiso.

The garden was, already in those years, filled with a plant typical of the northern Sicilian coast, the Ailanthus, better known as “Albero del Paradiso”, from which the hotel will take its name under the property of our family.

Subsequent interventions in 1983 and 2005 will then lead to the current configuration of the structure and the completion of the garden with palm trees, oleanders and other native species.

A contemporary cuisine, which enhances the authentic flavors of the Sicilian culinary tradition, skilfully revisiting the combination of ingredients, selected from the best raw materials of the area.

CALA LUNA
Open-air restaurant on a lawn that slopes down to the sea with open kitchen and the Faraglioni rocks and the Rocca of Cefalù in the background. From June to September.

CALETTE REEF
Seaside restaurant on a terrace overlooking the bay of Caldura, ideal for an informal and tasty lunch. The flavours: those typical of the Mediterranean cuisine. From June to September.

AL CAPONE
In our Gardens of Paradise, it offers continuous references to Sicilian culture and tradition, as well as love for the typical products of our generous land, through the dishes of its tasty and refined cuisine, served at sunset under the white curtains of the garden.

Mediterranean dishes, fresh fish, local vegetables, preserves and traditional pastries, many organic products and above all the three Slow Food Presidia of the Madonie Park.

WINE CELLAR
Over one hundred labels selected from the most awarded Sicilian wineries, whose secrets will be shared with you by the discreet and careful care of our Maître. Last but not least, national and international bubbles, malvasia, passito and typical marsala wines for your aperitifs and after dinner drinks.

WELLNESS
The most suggestive of the ancient water mills in the Gardens of Paradise is, today, a welcoming wellness centres complete with: Finnish sauna, salt sauna, hammam, chromotherapy shower, massage rooms, jacuzzi and relaxation area.

Salt cave, Thalaxoterm, steam and nature pathway, different types of massages, face and body treatments, hair removal, makeup and hair. Find balance and well-being in the Gazebo of the witch Circe, enjoying the view of the sea and the bay’s stacks. From June to September, reachable with the shuttle service. Service included for Hotel guests. On the seafront of Cefalù it boasts a splendid landscape. Open every day from 10 in the morning throughout the summer season, the beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.

CALETTE REEF CLUB
Open every day from 10 in the morning for the whole summer season. You will find large and comfortable king-size beds, which can accommodate up to three people. The service also includes free parking, beach towels, hot showers and changing rooms.

REEF BAR
Lounge and chillout music will accompany refreshing drinks created by expert bartenders. You can also order comfortably from the king-size beds placed in front of the sea. For sports lovers, there is no shortage of canoes and stand up paddles for a ride among the coves of the bay.

CALETTA PRESIDIANA
The tourist port of Presidiana develops on the slopes of the Rocca, near the imposing lighthouse of Cefalù. A suggestive view to enjoy from the pebble beach in a cove smoothed by the sea. Accessible beach.

CALETTA SELVAGGIA
Following one of the paths, which leads from our Hotel Le Calette to the sea, among steps carved into the rock and prickly pear blades, you reach an unspoiled cove ideal for nature lovers.
