This suite is an ode to the great Greta Garbo. The golden age Hollywood actress referred to the Palace in the 1932 film Grand Hotel as “that sunny, happy place”, and Suite Greta is exactly that.

STEP BACK IN HISTORY
An icon of history, 16th century Villa Sola Cabiati took on its Neoclassical appearance in the 18th century when it was renovated by the Dukes of Serbelloni. In this age of exuberant decadence, no expense was spared to make the Villa the most beautiful on Lake Como with famous artists commissioned to create stuccoes and frescoes.
