THE THERMAL SWIMMING POOL
The thermal water of Sirmione is famous throughout the world for its many benefits, ranging from dermatological to vascular. Used for crenotherapy, the thermal water is rich in minerals so beneficial to our body that the official thermal protocol has been approved by the Italian Health Service for many years.

This precious water originates in the Baldo basin, descends to 2000 metres below sea level where it reaches a temperature of 69°, then pours into the source of the Boiola where it is channelled into two wells; Virgil and Catullus.

PSYCHO-PSYSICAL WELLBEING
There are two main components, sulphur and salso-bromo-iodine, which have exfoliating, anti-inflammatory and immune-stimulating properties, all to promote the regeneration of psycho-physical well-being.

For a complete treatment, our experienced operators recommend a 15/25-minute stay in a tub followed by deep rehydration. To avoid oxidation of your precious objects (bracelets, necklaces, earrings) we suggest you do not wear them during the spa treatment.

AYURVEDA MASSAGE
Body massage that dissolves muscle tension and relieves accumulated stress, attenuating and smoothing the imbalances in the three fundamental energies.

THERMAL FACE CLEANING
The use of mud and thermal water from Sirmione helps facilitate the elimination of impurities and cell renewal, improves hydration, elasticity and promotes the restoration of skin balance.

TOTAL BODY THERMAL MUD
As in ancient times your body will be covered with hot and cold mud based on clay and bromide-iodine water from the spa so that the minerals contained in them will bring you benefits against pain, excellent benefits also for water retention, and a deep purification of the body.

COUPLES RITUAL
The ritual is carried out within the Private Spa in total autonomy. Start with the flavored salt scrub performed inside the Turkish bath, leaving a smooth and purified skin.

It then continues with a whirlpool with oriental fragrances. Finally, the treatment is concluded with the selfapplication of coconut oil which gives nourishment to the skin. All accompanied by a plate of fruit and champagne.

NUVOLA BED
Winding in sulfuric and salsobromoiodic thermal water. This bandage with the precious thermal water of Sirmione, is strongly remineralizing and restorative thanks to theimposing presence of sulfur and minerals.

CCUDDLE OF GARDA LAKE
Enveloped and pampered by the muscular benefit of the cloud bed The body brush is a peeling performed by natural bristle brushes, which have revitalizing and nourishing properties for the skin, improving microcirculation, promoting the elimination of excess liquids. The treatment will be completed by a massage with a note of oilessential with lemon scent and astringent properties.

THE MILLE MIGLIA
The 2022 edition will present an absolute news for the reminiscent of 1000 Miglia: for the first time, the direction of travel of the race will be reversed compared to the last years, returning to the counterclockwise direction of many editions of the original speed race.

On June 15th there will be hundreds of cars at the starting line to give life to a show that is a symbol of Italian excellence. In the early afternoon of June 15th the race-museum will pass through Sirmione, and right in front of Hotel Ocelle Thermae & Spa.

One of the last stages before ending at the finish line, as usual, in the city of Brescia. It will be our pleasure to organize reserved seats for our guests, directly in the front row next to the road, to allow you to comfortably admire the passage of this open-air museum, sipping an Ocelle-style aperitif.
